Graphics Designed In-house
The following procedures were followed by the CLASS™ Project
to insure adequate records and legal requirements were met.
- Graphic Designers will print out all in-house designed graphics
when each graphic is complete.
- Graphic Designers will fill out “Graphic Design Permission
Form”. This is similar to the ‘Permission Request Form’ used
by Instructional Designers (ID)’s and Instructional Design Specialists
(IDS’s).
- Graphic Designers will attach the form to the graphic(s)
that they created. One form for each course will be sufficient.
However, if ClipAt™ is modified in any way then documentation
must be included on the form stating which tool(s)/source(s)
were used on
that particular item. This item would have a form of its own.
- The
form with attached design(s) must then be forwarded to the
Permissions Department as soon as possible, but no later than one
week following completion of the design.
- When the course is completed,
Quality Assurance (QA) will double-check to see if all permissions
are found for everything that
needs permission within the course. QA will print out the HTML pages
for graphics and content, and attach it to each permission file or
waiver.
